By using FPL Companion you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please don't use the app.

FPL Companion is a free, independent tool that helps Fantasy Premier League players analyse their squads, leagues and player statistics. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Premier League or the official Fantasy Premier League game. All FPL data is read from the official public FPL API and belongs to its owners.

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Provide an email address you control. We may suspend or remove accounts that abuse the service.

You agree not to:

• use the app for any unlawful purpose;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the app or its infrastructure;
• scrape, resell, or redistribute data obtained through the app on a commercial basis.

Statistics, projections, rank estimates and suggestions are provided for information only and may be incomplete, delayed, or wrong — particularly during live gameweeks when the underlying FPL API can be slow or unavailable. Estimates (such as live overall rank or captain shortlists) are heuristics, not official figures. Always check the official FPL site before making decisions.

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app — including any FPL decisions you make based on it.

Donations are voluntary, support the running of the app, and are non-refundable. They do not purchase any product, service, or guarantee of continued availability.

We may update these terms as the app changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
